Take a pen and a piece of paper

Make an educated guess
How much time do you spent weekly? • How much time do you spent thus monthly? • How much time do you spent specifically on social media?

Check Screen time
Go to Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity. Press Week

Compare
So, how much time do you actually spent a week?

Calculate
Multiple by 7 and divide by 24. Now you can see your use in days per week.

Ask the important question
Ask yourself, is this what you truly want?
