Stop relying on willpower; we are not trying to test your limits here with this challenge. The goal of this exercise, however, is an experiment. Ask either a parent or a close friend to help you with this challenge by setting it up together. Optionally, you both can do the challenge at the same together. If this person is close by, you can ask them right now to set up.

Perhaps it's a week or perhaps it is a month. The goal is to discover at the end of the period if you believe you are happy with the shortened time you spent on your phone, or not.

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Turn on Screentime > App Limits > Add Limit > Social (All) > Next > select a appropriate time. We recommend something between 1 and 2hr per day.
